On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with 
a - vote. 
 
Resolution #195-2023 
 
WHEREAS, due to an error in the chart of accounts a revenue of $18,000 was budgeted 
two times; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village has experienced more revenue in Interest and Earnings than 
anticipated in the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Manager and the Village Treasurer recommend amending the 
2023-2024 General Fund budget to account for these factors, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make 
the following budget amendment to the 2023-2024 General Fund budget as follows: 
 
  A1000.2401 – Interest & Earnings                                  $18,000 
Decrease 
A1440.2550 – Public Safety Permits                                     $18,000
