An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was
held on Monday, August 21, 2023, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Horowitz, seconded by Trustee Simon, the Board voted unanimously to enter into
an executive session at 7:29 PM to discuss matters of personnel.

No action was taken.
