On motion of TRUSTEE______, seconded by TRUSTEE, the following resolution 
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New 
York:  
 
Resolution #199-2023 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 68-2021 on May 
17, 2021, to authorize a tax certiorari settlement with Sky View Nursing Realty, 
LLC; and 
 
WHEREAS, as part of this settlement, the Village agreed to reduce the assessed 
valuation of the property from 541,200 to 408,882; and 
 
WHEREAS, at the time of the settlement agreement, the assessment roll for 2021-
2022 was already finalized; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village owes a refund of $35,984.52 to Sky View Nursing Realty, 
LLC, based on the new assessed valuation, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized 
to process a tax refund to Sky View Nursing Realty, LLC, in the amount of 
$35,984.52; 
 
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the payment of $35,984.52 shall be 
charged to the tax stabilization reserve.
