On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #200-2023
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works utilizes a Large Format Printer for the
Village’s various ongoing projects in lieu of using a third-party for printing services;
and
WHEREAS, the current printer was repurposed from the Engineering Department
several years ago; and
WHEREAS, the printer has reached the end of its useful life; and
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2024 adopted budget does not include funds to purchase
a new Large Format Printer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $2,008.99 from Contingency Account
A1990.4000 to the following account:
A5010.2000 - DPW Admin Equipment: $2,008.99
