On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York with the following vote: - vote.
Resolution #205-2023
WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 223, Water, of the Code of
the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to clarify the responsible party for curb values and
curb valve boxes on private property; and
WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 18 of 2023 has been drafted for such
purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
calls for a Public Hearing on October 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant
Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider Local
Law Introductory No. 18 of 2023 to amend Chapter 223, Water, of the Code of the
Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
