Parking Department Quarterly Report
June 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023
Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot:
There were 38,712 transactions with revenue totaling $398,219.
This amount represents 36.9% of our projected annual budget. Continued increases in the use of mass
transit following the pandemic has resulted in higher than budgeted revenues for the first quarter.

Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 42
Resident Parking Permits Sold: 342
Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 717

increase year-over-year in our parking permit sales. It remains to be seen if a larger increase is seen later
this year as companies continue to refine their return to office plans.

May and June.
