On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE - the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: -. Resolution #215-2023 WHEREAS, on December 3, 2018, the Board of Trustees unanimously adopted a resolution to issue a special permit to New York SMA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for the collocation of a personal wireless facility at 1 Van Wyck Street; and WHEREAS, the special permit was issued with a number of conditions as recommended by the Village Engineer and Planning Board; and WHEREAS, the permit expires on December 3, 2023 and must be renewed in accordance with the Telecommunications Chapter of the Village Code; and WHEREAS, the Village has received a request for renewal from Verizon Wireless and the associated special permit application fee, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing on October 30, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider the special permit renewal application from Verizon Wireless. Dated: October 16, 2023
