following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
WHEREAS, Public Officers Law §104 requires notice of the time and place for all public
meetings;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board of Trustees set the following
dates, times and place for public meetings:
