An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was 
held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 9:45pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal 
Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. 
  
On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Raskob, the Board voted unanimously to 
enter into an executive session to discuss proposed litigation related to real property.

Trustee Schmidt 
 
Also present:  Manager, Zambrano 
                        Assistant Manager, King

No action was taken by the Board. 
 
On a motion by Trustee Raskob, seconded by Trustee Schmidt, the Board unanimously voted to 
adjourn the Executive Session at 10:10 pm.
