A. Conducted turning movement counts at the intersection of Croton Point Avenue and the US
Route 9 northbound and the US Route 9 southbound ramps.
B. Obtained accident data and performed accident analysis.
C. Prepared a Traffic Signal Warrant Study for the Croton Point Avenue intersections with the US
Route 9 northbound ramps, the US Route 9 southbound ramps, and Veteran’s Plaza.
D. Performed capacity / level of service (LOS) analysis for Existing, ETC, and ETC+10 conditions.
