On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #243-2025
WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid on July 31, 2025, for the installation
and commissioning of a solar canopy at the DPW Garage; and
WHEREAS, this project is to be funded through grants awarded to the Village by the
New York State Energy Development and Research Authority (NYSERDA); and
WHEREAS, one bid was received at the time of the bid opening on September 4, 2025;
and
WHEREAS, the required bid bond or cash deposit was not submitted, which is
considered a material defect in the bid response,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson hereby rejects the bid received on September 4, 2025, for the DPW
Garage solar canopy project.
