Request for Building Permit Extension – Permit #20090049 
 
We have received a request for an extension of the above-referenced building permit for 
additions to an existing single family house. 
 
Due to the extenuating circumstances that are described in the attached letter, the property owner 
Leon Stok was unable to complete the work under this building permit by the expiration date of 
September 29, 2011.   
 
I would have no objection to the Village Board’s granting Mr. Stok a six-month extension from 
September 29, 2011 to March 29, 2012. 
 
Please place this request for an extension on the Village Board agenda for Monday, October 3, 
2011.
