On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:   
 
WHEREAS, on September 16, 2011, four bids were received and opened for fence 
replacement at Half Moon Bay Drive; and  
 
WHEREAS, Precision Built Fences of Peekskill, NY had the lowest bid in the 
amount of $57,000; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has reviewed the bids and 
recommends awarding the contract to Precision Built Fences of Peekskill,NY 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby 
authorized to award the bid to Precision Built Fences of Peekskill, NY in the amount 
of $57.000 for fence replacement at Half Moon Bay Drive.
