On motion of  TRUSTEE____________,  seconded by  TRUSTEE _______,  the  
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:   
 
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby approves the attached employment 
contract between the Village and Abraham J. Zambrano and further authorizes the Mayor 
to execute the contract on its behalf.
