An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was 
held on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 9:05pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal 
Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. 
  
On a motion by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Raskob, the Board voted unanimously to 
enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

Trustee Murtaugh 
Trustee Raskob 
Trustee Schmidt 
 
Also present:  Manager, Zambrano 
                        Village Clerk, DiSanto 
 
No action was taken by the Board. 
 
On a motion by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board unanimously voted to 
adjourn the Executive Session at 9:50pm.
