A Special Meeting/Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Mayor Wiegman Manager Zambrano Trustee Gallelli Village Engineer O’Connor Trustee Murtaugh Assistant Village Manager, King Trustee Raskob Trustee Schmidt 1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Wiegman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The following resolution was moved by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Raskob. After further discussion, a motion was made by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Raskob to bring the resolution to the meeting of August 8, 2011. On motion of TRUSTEE _______, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York. WHEREAS on November 6, 2000, the Board of Trustees adopted a resolution to audio tape work sessions; and WHEREAS sometime in the fall of 2008, the audio tape equipment ceased functioning; and WHEREAS, on October 27, 2008, the Village Board by voice concluded that it was no longer necessary to audio tape work sessions and therefore informally rescinded the resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees on November 6, 2000. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson hereby formally rescinds the resolution to audio tape all Village Board work sessions and commits to publication of work session agendas in advance of each work session to foster public awareness of work session topics.
