WHEREAS on November 6, 2000, the Board of Trustees adopted a resolution to audio tape
work sessions; and
WHEREAS sometime in the fall of 2008, the audio tape equipment ceased functioning; and
WHEREAS, on October 27, 2008, the Village Board by voice concluded that it was no longer
necessary to audio tape work sessions and therefore informally rescinded the resolution
adopted by the Board of Trustees on November 6, 2000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on
Hudson hereby formally rescinds the resolution to audio tape all Village Board work sessions
and commits to publication of work session agendas in advance of each work session to foster
public awareness of work session topics.
