A Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, June 28, 2011 at the Stanley H. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Wiegman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. 2. A Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss real property was made by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Gallelli. The Motion was unanimously approved with a 3-0 vote with two absent at 9:00 a.m. No action was taken by the Board of Trustees.
