A Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Mayor Wiegman Manager Zambrano Trustee Gallelli Village Engineer O’Connor Trustee Murtaugh Assistant Village Manager, King Trustee Raskob Trustee Schmidt Superintendent of Public Works Gennarelli Police Chief Tramaglini 1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Wiegman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. 2. The following items were discussed: a) 30 Finney Farm – proposed connection to sewer main – proposed agreement among Hudson National, homeowner, and the Village b) Proposed additional traffic signs on various village streets c) Proposed Elliott Way road improvements d) Discussion of future dates for joint Village Board/School Board work session 3. Resolution: On motion of TRUSTEE Schmidt, seconded by TRUSTEE Raskob, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: WHEREAS, the owners of 30 Finney Farm Road (homeowners) have been experiencing severe problems with their septic system area; and WHEREAS, it would be cost effective for the homeowners to connect to the common sewer line in the Finney Farm Road Right-of-Way (ROW) and abandon the septic system; and WHEREAS, the Finney Farm ROW is owned by Hudson National Golf Club (HNGC); and WHEREAS, HNGC has agreed to allow the homeowners to connect to the common sewer line in the Finney Farm ROW under certain conditions including the Village indemnifying HNGC pursuant to the attached agreement with the homeowners indemnifying the Village; and WHEREAS, an agreement among the Village, HNGC, and the homeowners has been drafted which has been reviewed and approved by the attorneys of the three parties, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to sign on behalf of the Village the agreement among the Village, HNGC and the owners of 30 Finney Farm which would allow the owners to connect to the common sewer line in the Finney Farm Road ROW. 4. A Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss real property was made by Trustee Raskob, seconded by Trustee Gallelli. The Motion was unanimously approved at 9:45 p.m. No action was taken by Board of Trustees. On a motion by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Raskob, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:10 p.m. 5.
