A Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, June 13, 2011 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Mayor Wiegman Manager Zambrano Trustee Gallelli Village Engineer O’Connor Trustee Murtaugh arrived 8:45 pm Assistant Village Manager, King Trustee Raskob Trustee Schmidt Superintendent of Public Works Gennarelli arrived 8:45 pm Village Clerk DiSanto arrived 8:45 pm Village Treasurer Bullock arrived 8:45 pm 1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Wiegman called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. 2. The following items were discussed: a) Request for a change in zoning to allow for an additional commercial building at 1 Baltic Place b) Consideration of a location for a second community garden 3. A Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss real property was made by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Raskob. The Motion was unanimously approved with a 4-0 vote with one absent at 7:25 p.m. No action was taken by the Board of Trustees. On a motion by Trustee Raskob, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:15 p.m. 4. A Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel issue was made by Trustee Raskob, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh. The Motion was unanimously approved at 9:25 p.m. No action was taken by the Board of Trustees. On a motion by Trustee Raskob, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:25 pm. 5.
