There are numerous locations within LWRPs and SASSs. Some are just within the coastal zone boundary but do not believe you need to see them. The project is federally-funded through the Federal Highway Administration. The project is a NEPA Class II action and qualifies as a Type II action in accordance with the Department’s implementing regulations of SEQR (17 NYCRR Part 15). The NYSDOT respectfully requests the Department of State review the provided information and indicate if the project meets the general consistency concurrence criteria. Location maps are attached.
