From: Janet Monahan To: Earth Day Date: Thursday, January 13, 2022 7:09:17 PM ***CAUTION: External sender.*** Good Day, Croton Conservation Advisory Council would like to restart Earth Day this year. We are looking at Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 10 am to 3 pm. (Green Ossining will be holding their Earth Day Saturday, April 23)  CCAC would also like to change the location of Earth Day and bring it back to Senasqua Park. Some activities will include a demonstration of composting by Bruce Laemmel and the CCAC Garden Club, and placing oyster crates in the Hudson River. Stephen Gosnell works in this field and he is leading this program. He plans on asking the Yacht Club if he can place them off the docks. Stephen is also going to contact the schools to inquire about interns. C.L.E.A.N. will contact a clean-up event along the waterfront.  Would this work for the village? Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Janet Monahan Chair Croton Conservation Advisory Council 914-271-1057 Home 914-420-3602 Cell
