On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #6-2022 WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 230 of the Code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Zoning, to establish use and bulk/area regulations pertaining to the North End Gateway District; and WHEREAS, the Village Board is considering the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2022 has been drafted to reflect such language; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing for February 7, 2022, at 7:00 PM to consider amending Chapter 230 of the Code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Zoning, to establish use and bulk/area regulations pertaining to the North End Gateway District; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, the public hearing shall be held via videoconference in accordance with Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
