Hi Bryan,
As part of our tasks falling under PO 2200075 we have a "meetings and coordination" task that
we established an $8,500 budget for at the start of the contract. Based on the level of effort to
date we are close to meeting that number. Since we still have the meetings/coordination that
will take place as the local law is developed and the public review begins, we would like to
request this be increased by $5,000; which would increase the total for PB 2200075 to $43,000
from $38,000. There should be enough left in the meetings task to cover the VBOT work session
meeting on the 10th to present the draft TOD visuals, but not subsequent meetings or calls.
Please let us know how you would like to handle this request (i.e. is a request like this via email
enough).
Also, just a heads up that we are still on track to have the draft TOD visuals (photo sims and
profile graphics) to you by the end of the week. Is the work session meeting on the 10th virtual
or in-person?
Thanks, and let us know if you would like to discuss further.
Happy New Year,
-Aaron
