A Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7 PM via Zoom Conference call in accordance with the Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Discussed at this work session was the Village Manager’s response to the omicron surge, a review of Planning Board recommendations on the zoning petition for the North End Gateway District, an update from AKRF regarding the South Riverside Area zoning study, a discussion on existing deed restrictions for property adjacent to 72 Thompson Avenue, and a review of the timeline for the proposed solar canopy project to be located at Hudson National Golf Club and discussion on future steps.
