An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on
Monday, January 10, 2022 at 9:25 PM via Zoom Conference call in accordance with the Chapter 417 of
the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19
pandemic.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into
an executive session at 9:25 PM to discuss matters of personal.

Five invited guests joined the executive session. No action was taken.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the
Executive Session at 9:45 PM.
