A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on
Monday, January 24, 2022 at 7 PM via Zoom Conference call in accordance with the Chapter 1 of the
Laws of 2022 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The special meeting was intentioned to allow members of the community speak on the proposed Solar
Array Project at the Hudson National Golf Club for up to 10 minutes each. In total 14 members of the
public spoke.

On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the
Special Meeting at 9 PM.
