An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on
Wednesday, January 26, 2022 via Zoom videoconference, pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022 of
the State of New York.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into
an executive session at 6:03 PM for discussions related to matters of personnel.

No action was taken.
