On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #115-2020
WHEREAS, the Village Board is interested in working with Ecogy Energy to
explore the possibility of installing a solar photovoltaic system at Croton Landing,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into a form of agreement with Ecogy Energy, subject to the Village
Attorney’s approval.
