On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of 
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:  
 
Resolution #19-2022 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees would like to amend the Street Vendor 
License Policy in recognition of requests from various business owners; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees discussed this request at the February 22, 2022 
work session; and 
 
WHEREAS, the policy has been amended to allow for more licenses per location 
and an earlier start time for each vendor, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby adopts 
the amended Street Vendor License Policy; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that such amended Street Vendor License Policy 
shall sunset on June 5, 2022, pending a future review of its operation.
