On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of 
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:  
 
Resolution #34-2022 
 
WHEREAS, the Village would like to repeal Chapter 141 of the Village Code, 
Housing Standards, as it has become obsolete; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Board is considering the adoption of Local Law 
Introductory No. 4 of 2022, which has been drafted to reflect such language; and 
 
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 4 of 2022 was 
opened and closed on March 21, 2022, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees 
hereby adopts Local Law Introductory No. 4 of 2022 to repeal Chapter 141 of the 
Village Code, Housing Standards, which upon adoption becomes Local Law No. 4 
of 2022.
