These include Bridge Identification Number (BIN) 1032491 & BIN 1032492 – I-84 over Fishkill Creek –Fishkill, Dutchess County and BIN 1005020 – Warren Rd over Rt 9. Village of Croton-On-Hudson, Westchester County, Hudson River * * * Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Consistency Assessment form and permit application for the above-referenced project for your information and preliminary review. Please contact Donna Morelli, the DOS reviewer assigned to this project, at Donna.Morelli@dos.ny.gov or 518-474-3745 to discuss applicable LWRP policies and concerns, and any additional information which may be necessary to assist you in reviewing this project. Any comments you may have will assist the Department in reaching a decision as to the consistency of the proposed action with the approved LWRP. We would appreciate hearing from you on this proposed project within 30 days. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will presume that you have no objections to the proposed project.
