On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #39-2022 WHEREAS, on May 18, 2020, the Village Board of Trustees awarded Bid #2-2020 for lawn maintenance services to La Teja Contractors and Landscaping, Inc., of Ossining, New York; and WHEREAS, La Teja has submitted a request to extend the bid for the period of June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023, as permitted; and WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has recommended that the bid be extended for the above period, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute an extension with La Teja Contractors and Landscaping, Inc., for the Village’s lawn maintenance program, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that all pricing and conditions as submitted in Bid #2-2020 shall remain the same for the upcoming extension period.
