On motion of Trustee _______ and seconded by Trustee ________, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #40-2022
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2015, the Village Board of Trustees approved a resolution
to enter into an agreement to participate in a Sustainable Westchester Community
Choice Aggregation (“CCA”) program for the purpose of procuring an energy
supplier who will contract with the Village to supply energy for its residents; and
WHEREAS, on October 19, 2020, the Village Board of Trustees authorized the
second iteration of the CCA program for the period beginning January 1, 2021,
through June 30, 2022; and
WHEREAS, Sustainable Westchester has provided the Village with a Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU) confirming its participation in the program for the period
beginning July 1, 2022,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with
Sustainable Westchester confirming the participation by the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson for the period beginning July 1, 2022.
