On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #44-2022
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson receives performance bonds from
contractors performing street openings in accordance with Chapter 197, Streets and
Sidewalks, of the Village Code; and
WHEREAS, these bonds are forfeited to the Village when work is not completed
to the Village’s satisfaction; and
WHEREAS, two bonds have recently been forfeited where the work was not
completed satisfactorily and efforts to have the conditions addressed failed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized
to make the following budget amendment to the 2021/22 General Fund budget as
follows:
