On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #41-2022 WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 230 of the Village Code, Zoning, to add provisions related to cannabis shops; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2022, which has been drafted for such purposes; and WHEREAS, on March 21, 2022, the Village Board declared itself to be Lead Agency for SEQRA purposes in connection with the Proposed Action, and referred the Proposed Action to the Village Planning Board, Waterfront Advisory Committee and Westchester County Planning Board for comment in accordance with law; and WHEREAS, the Village Board has received comments back from the Village Planning Board, Waterfront Advisory Committee and Westchester County Planning Board regarding the Proposed Action, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby calls for a Public Hearing on April 18, 2022, at 7 PM to consider Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2022 to amend Chapter 230 of the Village Code, Zoning, to add provisions related to cannabis shops; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that such Public Hearing shall be held in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, New York 10520. Dated: April 4, 2022
