On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #47-2022
WHEREAS, the Village currently leases a portion of the Merwin Oak parking lot
in the Upper Village from the Holy Name of Mary Parish; and
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement is set to expire on May 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the two parties have come to terms to extend the agreement for an
additional five years,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby authorize the Village Manager to execute the agreement with Holy Name of
Mary Parish to lease a portion of the Merwin Oak parking lot in the amount of
$4,000 per year for the period beginning June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2027.
