the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Croton-on-Hudson, New York:

BE IT RESOLVED, the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized to place the
following past due receivables from fiscal year 2021-2022 for the general
fund on the tax bills for the fiscal year June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023:
