On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #60-2022 WHEREAS, on April 29, 2021, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson advertised Bid 01-2021 for tree trimming and removal services; and WHEREAS, on May 17, 2021, the Village Board authorized the acceptance of the bid from Golden’s Tree Service of Montrose, New York, at the rate of $2,350 per day, consisting of a work crew of three and equipment; and WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, recommends extending the contract by one year in accordance with the terms outlined in the bid, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to award the contract for tree trimming and removal services to Golden’s Tree Service of Montrose, New York, for a one-year extension beginning June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023.
