Dear Chair Greenbaum,
Historic Hudson Valley has received a wetland permit from the Village of Croton-on-Hudson (Permit #20210001) on May
25, 2021. The permit expires on May 25, 2022. At this time, construction for the above-referenced project is not expected
to start until late June/early July of this year. Therefore, on behalf of Historic Hudson Valley, we are requesting an
extension of the wetland permit. We have enclosed the following documents in advance of the new Water Control
Commission meeting:
·
Eight (8) copies of this letter.
·
Eight (8) 22”x34” copies of the Site Plan set prepared by Bergmann, dated February 11, 2022.
Please accept this letter and enclosed material for review and discussion during the May 18, 2022 Water Control
Commission meeting. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the project is being finalized and will be
effective prior to the commencement of construction. Feel free to contact me at (518) 556-3647 if you have any questions
or require any additional information.
