On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #77-2022
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that upon the recommendation of the
Village Manager, the Board of Trustees hereby approves the Memorandum of
Agreement between the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and Local 456, International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, covering the period June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2027 and
authorizes the expenditure of funds consistent therewith; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to execute
a collective bargaining agreement covering the period from June 1, 2022, through
May 31, 2027, that is consistent with the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement.
