On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #78-2022
WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 223 of the Village Code,
Water, to update procedures regarding water service connections and meter
installation and charges; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local
Law Introductory No. 6 of 2022, which has been drafted for such purposes,
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2022, a Public Hearing was opened and closed; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby adopts Local Law Introductory No. 6 of 2022 to amend Chapter 223 of the
Village Code, Water, to update procedures regarding water service connections
and meter installation and charges, which upon adoption becomes Local Law 6 of
2022.
