They are requesting the extension due to Covid and construction worker and material shortage. Per the applicant, there is a shortage of lumber and other construction materials which slowed progress on the site. They are finishing up the garage framing and started the exterior and interior framing on the main house. Once the framing is complete, they will start installing the exterior finishes and windows. It is recommended that the Building Permit be extended until December 5th, 2022. Please place this extension request on the next Village Board Meeting Agenda.
