On motion of TRUSTEE _____________, seconded by TRUSTEE ___________,
the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #80-2022
WHEREAS, in November 2011, the Village Board of Trustees authorized a
contract with Mid-Hudson Ambulance District (MHAD) to provide supplemental
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services to Croton Emergency Medical
Services (EMS); and
WHEREAS, the Village wishes to continue to provide supplemental services to the
Croton EMS; and
WHEREAS, MHAD has provided an agreement to continue providing
supplemental EMT services to the Croton EMS at a rate of $26.00 per hour for one
year; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is effective June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute an agreement for EMT services
from MHAD, at a rate of $26.00 per hour, for the period beginning June 1, 2022,
through May 31, 2023, subject to the final approval of the Village Attorney.
