On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #81-2022 WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has approved a labor agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 456 for the period beginning June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2027; and WHEREAS, the Village budgeted for anticipated salary increases in the contingency lines of the 2022-2023 General Fund and Water Fund budgets, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following interfund transfers: A1110.1000 – Justice Court - Personnel $1,701 A1230.1000 – Municipal Executive – Personnel $8,000 A1440.1000 – Engineering – Personnel $2,055 A1640.1000 – Central Garage – Personnel $5,375 A1680.1000 – Data Processing – Personnel $2,214 A3189.1000 – Auxiliary Police Services – Personnel $11,661 A5010.1000 – Street Maintenance – Personnel $50,303 A5650.1000 – Off-Street Parking – Personnel $6,502 A7020.1000 – Recreation Administration – Personnel $1,701 Decrease A1990.4000 - Contingency $97,823 WATER EXPENSES Increase F8310.1000 – Water Administration - Personnel $2,214 F8340.1000 – Water Supply – Personnel $7,956 Decrease F1990.4000 - Contingency $10,170 Dated: May 16, 2022
