On motion of TRUSTEE _________, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #95-2022 WHEREAS, there are a number of capital projects that have been completed; and WHEREAS, the Village Treasurer recommends closing the capital accounts associated with these projects as follow: PROJECT # PROJECT BALANCE Grand Street FH Apron Replacement 55,780.20 South Riverside (15,370.33) TEP Grant – Bicycle Ped Improvement 353,999.15 Half Moon Bay Bridge Rehab 27,297.54 Sprinkler System – WEFH 22,011.35 Sanitation Truck 0.00 Washington Engine Central A/C 2,094.30 Washington Engine Fire Generator 4,851.16 Grand Street Upgrades 5,591.70 Computers and Software Upgrade 0.22 DPW Vehicles 2016/17 65.36 Engineers Vehicle 1,759.47 LPR System PD 98.80 DPW Equipment (184.31) Demolition of Existing DPW 25,174.68 Engineering Design Parking Lot 2,298.81 Police Replacement Vehicle 0.00 Triple Combination Pumper 0.00 SCBA Replacement Plan 54.29 Police Electric Hybrid Vehicle 1,956.77 DPW Vehicles 0.11 Electric Hybrid Vehicle 257.02 Computers for Vehicles 0.00 Hessian Hills Upgrade 1.33 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Village Treasurer to close the above listed accounts as of May 31, 2022, and return $384,879.92 to the Debt Service Fund and $14,188.26 to the General Fund; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that $61,371.90 shall be deposited into the capital account 23444 for continued use at the Grand Street Firehouse; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that $27,297.54 shall be deposited into the capital account 15287 for future rehabilitation work of the Half Moon Bay Bridge.
