On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
#Resolution 98-2022
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees adopted a social media and email blast
policy on June 17, 2019, to govern the use of its social media accounts and e-
blasts; and
WHEREAS, changes to this policy were discussed at a board work session held on
May 23, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the only substantial change to the policy is to allow the publicization
of Village-sponsored events within the weekly Croton Community Calendar,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby adopts
the Social Media and Email Blast Policy as amended.
