On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #99-2022
WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 135, Garbage, Rubbish and
Littering, of the Village Code to detail the billing and appeals processes for excess
garbage and rubbish; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local
Law Introductory No. 10 of 2022, which has been drafted for such purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby calls for a Public Hearing on July 5, 2022, at 7 PM to consider Local Law
Introductory No. 10 of 2022 to amend Chapter 135, Garbage, Rubbish and
Littering, of the Village Code to detail the billing and appeals processes for excess
garbage and rubbish; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that such Public Hearing shall be held in the
Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal
Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, New York 10520.
