On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #108-2022
WHEREAS, the Village would like to amend Chapter 135 of the Village Code
modifying enforcement and collection of fees for excess garbage and rubbish; and
WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 10 of 2022 has been drafted reflect such
language, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 10 was opened and
closed on July 5, 2022,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby adopts Local Law Introductory No. 10 of 2022 to amend Chapter 135 of the
Village Code modifying enforcement and collection of fees for excess garbage and
rubbish, which upon adoption becomes Local Law No. 10 of 2022.
