On motion of _________, seconded by _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, with a ___ vote. Resolution #112-2022 WHEREAS, the Westchester County Fire Mutual Aid Plan has recently been amended and approved by the State of New York, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village of Croton-on-Hudson approves participation by the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department in the Westchester County Fire Mutual Aid Plan ("Plan"), as amended from time to time, and further certifies to Westchester County, through its Commissioner of Emergency Services, that it shall comply with the provisions of the Plan; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that there are no resolutions in effect that restrict outside service and training by the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: there are currently no limitations, conditions or restrictions on the Fire Agency from providing prompt assistance, and the Commissioner of Emergency Services shall be notified in writing if any such limitations are imposed subsequent to the adoption of this resolution; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department shall respond to all calls for assistance from another fire agency through the Westchester County Emergency Communications Center a/k/a "60 Control"; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village of Croton-on-Hudson hereby acknowledges and accepts its financial responsibility pursuant to applicable law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that a copy of this resolution shall be filed with the Westchester County Commissioner of Emergency Services.
